SEO, AI search and website work for companies that need more qualified leads
Inbound leads have dropped, the monthly report says rankings look fine, and nobody can tell you where people leave the site. Your marketing team has no time to own the website, and someone has started asking whether ChatGPT recommends you.
AdTelic takes on that work. We use RevMax, our own platform for generative engine optimization (GEO), to find what AI search tools look for when they research your market and where your site falls short, and we measure what happens between the first visit and a qualified lead. Then we change what the numbers point at and check whether each change helped.
What we look after
- Measurement: Google Analytics, Search Console, form and CRM data in one view of the path from first visit to qualified lead, with bot traffic and reporting errors taken out.
- SEO: rankings, click-through, page titles, structured data, internal links and technical faults, starting with pages that rank well and still get few clicks.
- AI search, also called GEO or AEO: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews name you, and which sources they rely on when they do.
- Conversion: landing pages, calls to action and forms, tested against qualified leads, since a shorter form can bring in more leads of lower quality.
- Shipping: copy, layouts and page changes built with AI-assisted tools and reviewed by a person before they go live.
How we measure AI search when the reports are thin
Nobody can give you a clean AI search report yet. Search Console folds AI Overview traffic into its ordinary web results, and AI answers change from one run to the next, so a single screenshot of ChatGPT naming you proves very little.
We work from three sources instead: visits referred by tools such as chatgpt.com and Perplexity in your analytics, what new leads say on the “how did you hear about us” question, and the same set of buyer questions asked repeatedly over time. The third is a guide to direction, and we report it that way. Most of the work itself is familiar: clear answers on the page, specific claims, and mentions from sources people trust.
RevMax, our platform for optimizing AI search results
Before an AI model answers a question, it often runs its own web searches. RevMax captures the searches Gemini runs on the topics behind your top pages, adds the queries OpenAI models expect people to use, checks your Search Console data for whether you cover each one, and writes the gaps into a backlog of pages to change. Running the same topics again later shows whether your coverage has improved. The platform also reads Bing data for answer-engine signals and for queries where one search engine shows you and another does not.
The analytics underneath keep AI search work tied to the same numbers as everything else. RevMax brings Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster and revenue data into one database, flags pages whose click-through is low for their position and pages sitting just short of the rankings that bring traffic, and ranks the backlog by the traffic or revenue at stake. Each change is logged with its numbers beforehand and measured again afterwards, so a change that did nothing shows up as one.
RevMax also crawls competitor pages and search results for your keywords, scores topics by search volume and how winnable they are, and audits your site for broken links, thin content, schema gaps and redirects. On client work we add your form and CRM data, so the priorities follow qualified leads.
How the first month runs
For the first two weeks we mostly measure. We get read access, agree with you what counts as a qualified lead, and find out whether the drop is in traffic, clicks, conversion or lead quality. Anything plainly wrong, such as a duplicate page title, gets fixed along the way.
You then get a ranked test plan, with the expected effect, the cost and an owner against each item. From there the work runs as a steady cycle of shipping a change, measuring it and deciding what comes next, and a short weekly note tells you what changed, what we learned and what we dropped. Every change is validated and backed up before it goes out and checked on the live page afterwards, and anything with a medical, legal or regulatory claim goes to your reviewer first.
A senior practitioner with more than 20 years in digital strategy leads the work. They are a six-time Optimizely MVP, and they bring in developers, designers and search specialists as the work needs them.
When we are the wrong choice
If you mostly need articles produced at volume, a content firm will serve you better. And if the numbers show that leads are falling because of price or the sales process, website work will not fix it, so we will tell you that and stop.
Questions we get
Can you replace our current SEO or GEO firm?
Often, yes. We start by asking what the firm does well and what you need kept, because some of that work may be worth keeping as it is.
Can you guarantee more leads or a top ranking?
No. We can promise a clear view of what is happening and a steady pace of tested changes, and we will tell you which ones worked.
How do you use AI on our site?
We use AI tools for analysis and for building page changes, and a person reviews everything before it ships. If your data has rules about which tools can touch it, we agree those before we start.
How much does it cost?
We scope each engagement on its own and send a fixed fee in writing within two business days of the call.
AdTelic also builds custom AI software and websites, and if your team would rather do this work itself, Claude Code training teaches it to build its own workflows.
