AI implementation consulting for teams that know what is holding them back

Most failed AI projects start by building, and nobody asks first what is actually stopping the work. So AdTelic offers AI implementation consulting as a follow-on. You either finish one of our programs first, or you come in able to name the problem already. That keeps the project pointed at the thing that is actually stuck.

AI implementation consulting: context, agency, scale and workflow redesign fixes

The four things we fix

Joe sorts AI problems with the Four Unlocks: context, agency, scale and workflow redesign. A better model fixes none of them, so each one gets its own kind of work.

  • Context: the system needs the documents and data the task depends on. That means retrieval, connectors, structured knowledge, and the cleanup that makes them usable.
  • Agency: the system has to act, within limits. So we set up tool access, scoped permissions, and a human checkpoint where the stakes are high.
  • Scale: it has to hold up across thousands of runs. That takes evaluation sets drawn from your own work, then monitoring and an escalation path for when it goes wrong.
  • Workflow redesign: the process around the tool has to change too. Roles, handoffs and sign-offs move, and only then does the saving show up somewhere you can count it.

How an AI implementation consulting project runs

Every project covers one problem and one workflow. First we agree a written definition of done. Then you see a working demo each week, on your own systems. Before anything goes live, we test it on your own examples, because a test set built from someone else’s data tells you little about yours. At handover you get written documentation and an owner on your team whom we have trained to run it.

Anthropic’s engineers give similar advice in Building effective agents: start with the simplest setup that works and add complexity only when the task needs it. We build the same way.

What we have built and still run

AdTelic runs its own AI publishing pipelines in production on belizenewspost.com and artdesignideas.com, and those pipelines run the same checks described above. Joe also builds custom AI software and websites for clients. One current example is a local-only AI app built for a private therapy practice, which is in build now.

If your team would rather build the workflow itself with coaching, Claude Code training is the better fit. For a mid-sized company, our page on AI training for mid-sized companies shows where implementation sits in the order of work, and the AI training programs page lists all five ways to start.

Questions we get

Can we hire you for implementation without a program first?

Yes, if you can already name what is holding the work back. If you cannot, start with an Executive AI Session, because it costs far less than building the wrong thing.

Do you resell software?

No. We use what fits your stack, and each tool needs a written reason to be there.

How much does it cost?

We scope each project on its own, so we quote after the discovery call.

Tell Joe which workflow has stalled and what you have tried. He will tell you which of the four problems it is, and whether a build is the right next step.
