AI training programs for leadership teams, staff and the people who build
AdTelic runs five AI training programs. Most companies use two or three of them, in order. So if you owe someone an AI plan, this page lays out the options side by side.
Most companies start with a half-day for the leadership team. Then a few staff learn to run AI projects in their own departments, and only after that does anyone build. AdTelic is Joe Post, so the person on the discovery call is also the person who teaches the sessions.

How the AI training programs fit together
Every program uses the same four questions. We call them the Four Unlocks. Context asks whether the system can see the documents and data the task needs. Agency asks whether it can act, or only suggest. Scale asks whether you know its error rate on your work, and who is watching. Finally, Workflow Redesign asks whether the process around a step would change if that step became free.
The programs differ in who is in the room and how deep the work goes. However, the questions stay the same. That also means a team can start with one program and move to the next without learning a new method.
Executive AI Session
This four-hour working session is for the CEO and leadership team. It usually has 8 to 20 people, in person or on Zoom. The team sorts the AI ideas already in play by the question that holds each one back, then ranks them. After that, you get a written summary within 48 hours, with an owner and a first decision for each item. Read more about the AI workshop for leadership teams.
AI Champions Program
Your leadership nominates 10 to 25 staff from across functions. They meet weekly in a live cohort, and each champion brings one real task from their own team. Each one leaves with a scoped use case, tested against the four questions. Then they can run the same check on the next AI idea in their department. The details are on the AI training for employees page.
Executive AI Cohort
This small live course is for executives and senior managers from different organizations. It runs as six 90-minute sessions on Zoom. Participants learn to tell a working AI system from a demo. Then each one maps where AI belongs in their own organization. The next group fills from a waitlist, so start with the AI course for executives page.
Claude Code Enablement
It suits technical, operations and content teams of 3 to 12 who will build their own workflows. Claude Code is Anthropic’s coding tool, which reads a codebase, edits files and runs commands. The work starts with a kickoff workshop, followed by two to four working sessions on your own systems. Your team ships one working workflow during the engagement and can maintain it afterwards. AdTelic runs its own publishing pipelines this way, too. See Claude Code training for the full format.
AI Implementation
We only sell this scoped project after one of the programs above. That is because by then you know which question is holding the work back. The fix might mean connecting data, setting permissions, adding evaluation and monitoring, or redesigning the workflow. More on AI implementation consulting. If you need software built for you instead, see custom AI software and web design.
Which AI training program fits your organization
It depends mostly on your size and who has to decide. Mid-sized companies usually start with the leadership session, then train champions, then build. That route is on the AI training for mid-sized companies page.
Large companies run the session one division at a time. Then they add Claude Code work for platform teams, as the enterprise AI training page explains. Small businesses often start with a cohort seat or a small team build, as AI training for small business explains. Associations begin with staff leadership and the board, and then train member-facing teams through AI training for associations.

Book 30 minutes and tell us what is stuck. We quote after that call. Then we will recommend one program, or tell you that none of them fits yet.
