A live AI course for executives who make the calls
You lead a team or a function, and you already use AI tools. Now people expect you to make AI decisions you don’t yet feel equipped to make. The Executive AI Cohort is a small, live AI course for executives in that spot. It runs as six 90-minute sessions on Zoom.

Most leaders feel the same pressure. Microsoft’s 2025 Work Trend Index found that 82% of leaders call this a pivotal year to rethink strategy and operations. Still, you don’t need to become an engineer to do that. You do need to tell a working system from a demo, ask the question a vendor can’t dodge, and know which project to stop.
What the AI course for executives covers
By the last session, you should be able to do four things.
- Hear an AI claim and name which of four questions decides whether it’s true for you. We call them the Four Unlocks: context, agency, scale and workflow redesign.
- Ask the questions that separate a pilot that will ship from one that won’t.
- Map where AI fits in your own organization’s work, and where it shouldn’t go yet.
- Explain your reasoning to a board or a leadership team in plain terms.
How the sessions run
There are six live sessions, 90 minutes each, on Zoom. The group stays small, and people come from different organizations and sectors, so you hear how other leaders face the same choices.
Your own work is the case study. Each session ends with an exercise that you apply to your own organization, so you never plan for a fictional company. We also skip breakout rooms. Instead, people take part through live polls and a shared board.
Who should join, and who shouldn’t
It fits if you lead a team or a function and now face AI decisions on your own. However, it is the wrong course if you want coding lessons, a tool tutorial, or recorded videos to watch alone.
If you want your whole leadership team in one room, look at the AI workshop for leadership teams instead. Small firms often start with a seat in this cohort, as the AI training for small business page explains. You can also compare every format on the AI training programs page.
A six-session cohort with nine participants is running now, in fall 2026.
